Terms of Service

Addapt is an AI ad lab for Meta advertising. It drafts product analyses, strategies, messages, visuals, images and localizations as proposals for you to approve, edit or reject, and it reads the performance of ads from the Meta ad accounts you connect.

With your permission (the Meta ads_read permission) Addapt reads your ad accounts, campaigns, ads, creatives and performance metrics. It never creates, edits, publishes or pays for ads on your behalf.

Everything the AI produces is a draft. You decide what, if anything, you run, and you are responsible for the ads you publish.

You sign in with a Facebook account through Facebook Login for Business. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Keep your Facebook credentials secure; whatever happens under your account is your responsibility.

One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse the service, to circumvent credits or trials, or in breach of these terms.

AI work on Addapt is paid for in credits. Each step (an analysis, a set of strategies, a pair of messages or visuals, an image render and so on) has a fixed price in credits, shown in the app and on the pricing page. The price is taken when the step starts; if the step fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Paid plans grant a monthly allowance of credits at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits expire when the cycle renews and do not roll over. Top-up credits (100 credits for $10) are bought separately by subscribers and do not expire while your account exists.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change credit prices for steps or plans; a change applies from your next billing cycle and is announced on the pricing page beforehand.

New accounts receive 30 credits once, so you can judge the output before paying. No card is needed. Trial credits may be withdrawn from accounts created to farm them, and they expire if the account is closed.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record: you buy from Dodo, Dodo's checkout terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself, and Dodo issues your invoices.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes. Any VAT, GST or sales tax due for your location is calculated and added at checkout by Dodo Payments.

You can change plans in Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and the unused part of your current cycle is credited against the new plan's price. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel at any time; you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have paid for.

Because credits are a digital service delivered immediately, you ask us to start providing it as soon as you buy, and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once you spend credits. Beyond that, payments for partial periods and for credits already spent are not refundable, except where the law of your country requires it. Disputing a charge with your bank instead of contacting us may lead to the account being suspended.

You agree not to use Addapt to:

• create or run ads that are illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or that breach Meta's Advertising Standards and Platform Terms;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, including by copying a competitor's ad rather than taking inspiration from its format;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• probe, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service, or resell access to it;
• share an account or circumvent credits, plan limits or trials.

You keep ownership of what you bring to Addapt: product descriptions, brand assets, screenshots, notes and the ads you connect. You give us a licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to the AI providers that generate your drafts.

To the extent permitted by law and by the AI providers' terms, you own the drafts and images Addapt generates for you. AI output is not unique: similar prompts can lead to similar results for other users, and we cannot promise that any output is free of third-party rights. Check claims, comparisons and compliance before you run an ad.

Formats imported from Meta's Ad Library are structural references to other advertisers' public ads. The underlying ads remain their owners' property.

Addapt relies on Meta (ads data and sign-in), Anthropic and OpenAI (text and image generation), Firecrawl (fetching public Ad Library pages), Dodo Payments (billing), Supabase and Vercel (hosting). Their availability and their terms affect the service, and we are not responsible for their failures or changes.

Addapt is a young product. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We may close the service or your account with 30 days' notice by email; in that case we refund the unused part of a prepaid period. Accounts closed for breach of these terms forfeit their credits.

Addapt is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that ads created with Addapt will perform, that output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or wasted advertising spend arising from the use of Addapt, and our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kyrgyzstan, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Addapt after that date means you accept the new terms.
